畢竟錢只是一張紙，一個數目，一個虛擬的數目，需要藉著實物才能發揮功能

遇到惡性通膨就沒用了

鈔票可能變廢紙 銀行可能倒 食物不能不吃

然而，人是一定每天要吃的

人可以不用各種產品

石油有可能被替代能源取代，人甚至可以不用能源

但是沒辦法不吃，不論男女老幼貧富貴賤

食物原料也不會出現替代性產品

而且食物是穩定的消耗品

如果要產生穩定現金流，食品公司是很好的選擇
